Course Overview:
A business Analyst’s job is to analyze an organization, business domain, systems or processes. The role of a Business Analyst is to act as a liaison among the stakeholders to understand the policies, structure and operations of an organization and also recommend solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.

Pre- Requisites:
Should have good communication and documentation skills
Should have the basic knowledge of an IT project life cycle.
Should have the fundamental Knowledge on analyzing and business development.

Our training approach is a project-oriented-methodology where in you will be given a minimum of 40 hours of instructor training with real-time case studies, which you have to assess and implement all the concepts that are taught. With these assignments you will get one complete life-cycle implementation of a BA role.
At the end of the course, you will also be given another real-time project work, where you have to implement all the topics covered in the entire course.
